・If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred. Since designers must prepare materials ten days before the event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted within ten days from the day before the event. ・If you need to reschedule, you can send a private message to the designer to modify the date and time. ・In response to epidemic prevention, please wear a mask. Your temperature will be taken before entering, and you will be allowed to enter only if it does not exceed 37 degrees and alcohol disinfection is completed. ・To promote environmental protection, only recycled bags will be provided during the event. ・Students should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and any damage is caused, they will be responsible for themselves. ・If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons that are not responsible for Ouxun Yangxing, no refund will be given. ・If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Ouxun Yangxing will proactively contact you for an extension or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the event venue will be the class opening and refund standards, regardless of the location of the participants. ・The experience activities will be photographed by Ou Xun Yangxing upon request. In the future, the photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
