1. After placing the order, please confirm whether you have received the e-ticket for the trial class issued by Pinkoi via email, and confirm the content and time period
2・Participants must be over 12 years old. (If it is not full, an adult must register together)
3. The venue space is limited. For the comfort and safety of the experiencers, only ticket holders are allowed to participate in the experience. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to participate in the experience together.
4. For handicraft courses, it is not allowed for only one person to sign up and both of them share the same material.
5. If the materials are made incorrectly or damaged due to personal negligence during the process, the experiencer can re-purchase the materials on site (make up for the difference) before continuing the production. Please forgive me
6・If it is determined that you need to reschedule, please refund the ticket and purchase a new one. (Please 5 days in advance)

If you do not want to be photographed, you can proactively inform the instructor at the event site, and the instructor will pay attention and move away.
【Refund Instructions】
1. If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters (such as the suspension of classes due to a typhoon), Handmade Poems will proactively contact us to postpone the performance or provide a refund.
2・If the ticket is refunded due to personal factors of the consumer, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If there is any inconvenience, it is recommended to contact the metalworking teacher to change the session, but it is limited to one time)
3・No refunds will be given within 5 days before the event.
4. After placing the order, please confirm the items and payment on the electronic ticket. Only the difference will be made up and no refund will be provided on site.
