**【Experience Design Introduction】**
Since the outline of the pure pewter dish is customizable, there are no specific designs to choose from. Each person will receive a 12cm x 12cm pewter sheet for casting a simple mold (you can also brainstorm ideas at home beforehand. As seen in the website examples, ensure your design is at least 9mm away from the edge of the template). You can create a small dessert dish (or a small stationery dish) (The pewter sheet can be engraved with letters, patterns, or embossed designs).
# Each person can design one dish shape and pattern on-site for the experience.
# No prior metalworking experience is required for the above courses; beautiful pure pewter dishes can be completed by anyone.
# If you wish to cast an additional piece, you can discuss it with the instructor and pay the difference on-site.
**【Experience Process and Applied Techniques】**
1. Casting pure pewter sheets, shaping, filing, sanding, and hammering into form.
2. Practicing engraving English letters and numbers (using steel stamps), creating different textures with various hammers (pattern hammering).

**【Getting to 'Poem Crafted by Hand'】**
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Section 1, Jiankang Road, South District, Tainan City
1. For Tainan locals, you can arrive by scooter or car. Across from the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for Zhuxi Village. Continue straight for about 60 meters, and you'll see the 'Poem Crafted by Hand' sign. (Avoid turning towards the riverside path in front; although the pink-flowering maple trees are beautiful.)
* If you need parking, there's a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO café.
2. For visitors from afar, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. If you're taking a city bus, catch bus route 5 from the train station and alight at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right by the big tree). If you're arriving via the tourist bus or the high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit more of a walk. You'll need to get off at Yanping Junwang Temple, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, and then head towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

【Important Notes】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the e-ticket from PINKOI and confirm the item, session, and time.
2. Participants must be 12 years or older. (If under 12, an adult must register together.)
3. Due to limited venue space and for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are allowed in the session area. Those without tickets may not participate.
4. For craft-related courses, two people cannot share one set of materials with a single registration.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or a mistake is made due to personal oversight during the process, participants can purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue their creation. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please cancel your current booking and make a new one. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damage caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
8. Please arrive on time for the event to maximize your experience. (As per regulations, no refunds will be issued on the day.)
9. During the experience, 'Poem Crafted by Hand' will take photos and videos of the event, which will be uploaded to the Facebook fan page or Instagram event page 'Poem Crafted by Hand' after the event. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or other promotional purposes in the future. Participants can download their photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will make arrangements to avoid capturing you.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters (e.g., typhoons causing work and school closures), 'Poem Crafted by Hand' will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If you encounter any inconvenience, we recommend contacting the metalworking instructor to reschedule, with one change allowed.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After the customer places an order, please confirm the items and payment on the e-ticket. On-site, only additional payments for differences will be accepted; no refunds will be processed.
