**【Experience Style Introduction】**
Since the outline of the pure pewter dish is customizable, there are no specific styles to choose from. Each person will receive a 12cm x 12cm template for casting a simple mold for the pewter sheet (you can also brainstorm your design at home beforehand. For example, as seen in the web gallery, ensure your design is at least 9mm away from the edge of the template). You can create a small dessert dish (or a small stationery dish). (The pewter sheet can be engraved with text, patterns, or embossed designs.)
# Each person can design one dish shape and pattern on-site for the experience.
# No prior metalworking experience is required for any of the above courses; you can still create a beautiful pure pewter dish.
# If you wish to cast an additional piece, you can discuss it with the instructor and pay the difference on-site.

**【Getting to 'A Poem of Handmade Craftsmanship'】**
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Section 1, Jiankang Road, South District, Tainan City
1. For Tainan locals, you can ride a scooter or drive. Across from the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for Zhuxi Village. Walk straight for 60 meters, and you'll see the 'A Poem of Handmade Craftsmanship' sign. (Avoid turning onto the riverside path in front, even though the pink flowering maple trees are beautiful.)
* If you need parking, there's a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO Cafe nearby.
2. For visitors from out of town, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. If you're taking a city bus, take bus number 5 from the train station and get off at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right next to the large tree). If you're arriving via the tourist bus or the high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit more of a walk; you'll need to get off at Yanping Junwang Temple, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulin Road, and then towards Jiankang Road. Cross Jiankang Road, and you'll find the Zhuxi Village slope. Keep going!

【Important Reminders】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the experience class e-ticket from PINKOI and confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years of age or older. (If under 12, a parent or guardian must register together.)
3. Due to limited venue space, only ticket holders are permitted to enter for the comfort and safety of the participants. Those without tickets may not join the experience.
4. For handmade craft courses, two people cannot share one set of materials when only one person has registered.
5. If materials are accidentally made incorrectly or damaged due to personal oversight during the process, participants can purchase replacement materials on-site (pay the difference) to continue their creation. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damage caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
8. Please arrive on time for the event. Late arrivals may affect your experience time. (No refunds will be issued on the day of the event as per regulations.)
9. During the experience, 'A Poem of Handmade Craftsmanship' will take photos and videos of the event. These will be uploaded to the Facebook fan page or Instagram 'A Poem of Handmade Craftsmanship' event page after the activity. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or other promotional purposes in the future. Participants are welcome to download their photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will take care to avoid it.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters (e.g., typhoon-related work or school closures), 'A Poem of Handmade Craftsmanship' will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If you encounter inconvenience, we suggest contacting the metalworking instructor to reschedule, with a limit of one reschedule.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After the customer places an order, please confirm the items and payment on the e-ticket. On-site, only payment for the difference will be accepted; no refunds will be processed.
