**【The Poetry of Metalwork Directions】**
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Section 1, Jiankang Road, South District, Tainan City.
1. For Tainan locals: You can ride a motorcycle or drive. Across from McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for Zhuxi Village. Walk straight for 60 meters, and you'll see the "The Poetry of Metalwork" sign. (Avoid taking the riverside path in front, even though the pink-flowered maple trees are beautiful.)
* If you need parking, there is a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO coffee shops nearby.
2. For visitors from other cities: Take a taxi from the train station (approx. 10 minutes). If you're taking a city bus, take bus route 5 from the train station and alight at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right by the large tree). If you're arriving via the tourist bus or high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit further: alight at Yanping Junwang Temple, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, then towards Jiankang Road. Cross Jiankang Road, and you'll find the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

【Important Notes】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the e-ticket from PINKOI, and confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years or older.
3. Due to limited venue space and for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are permitted to attend and participate. Unpaid individuals may not join the experience.
4. In handmade craft courses, two people cannot share one material kit for a single booking.
5. If materials are accidentally mishandled or damaged due to personal error during the process, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site (additional cost) to continue their creation. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages incurred due to violations.
8. Please arrive on time for the activity. It is best to avoid being late to ensure you have ample experience time. (As per regulations, no refunds will be issued on the day of the event.)
9. During the experience course, "The Poetry of Metalwork" will take photos and videos of the event, which will be uploaded to the Facebook fan page or Instagram event page after the activity. Photos containing your likeness may be used in the future for event documentation or other promotional purposes. Participants can download their photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will take care to avoid it.
【Refund Policy】
1. In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons leading to school and work closures), "The Poetry of Metalwork" will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If you have genuine inconvenience, we recommend contacting the metalworking instructor to reschedule, with a limit of one reschedule.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days before the event.
4. After placing an order, please confirm the items and payment on your e-ticket. On-site, only additional payments for upgrades will be accepted; no refunds will be processed.
