Taiwan Mt.Ali (Alishan) Ching Ye SL34 Washed (Coffee beans) - Coffee - Other Materials

Product Description

**Taiwan Ruili Ching Ye SL34 Washed** Roast: Light roast (for filter) Variety: SL34 Process: Washed Flavor Profile: Plums, blood orange, jade black tea __Why Should I Have This Coffee__ The coffee from the Farm Ching Ye had won a lot of prizes in the national and regional competitions. Particularly in last year, they won 4 prizes on the annual competition in Alishan, which made them shine again. Because of the high labor cost and the limited supply, the price of Taiwan coffee was pretty high on average. However, Ching Ye has been working on increase of the production in recent years. The price was more competitive than other farms in Taiwan. Not only the price, they also have really good management on the quality, which comes from the proper plantation, harvest and process. We're so proud to see them grow and buy many lots of coffee from them. This is the first lot of this year. Very delicious with its tea and plum flavors and the floral aftertaste you could find from cup. The cleanliness was another highlight of the coffee. If this is your first Taiwan coffee experience, you'll never have the same best again. The list of Ching Ye's winning history: 2019 3rd Place of Regional Green Coffee Evaluation in Alishan, Taiwan in the groups of Washed process; 4th Places in Honey and Natural process 2019 2nd, 3rd and 4th Places in National Green Coffee Evaluation in Taiwan 2021 Champion of Regional Green Coffee Evaluation in Alishan, Taiwan in the groups of Washed process 2021 7th place in the Taiwan Private Coffee Auction 2023 Champion of Regional Green Coffee Evaluation in Alishan, Taiwan in the groups of Geisha washed; Champion in the group of Natural process; 3rd Places in Washed and Natural process.
