This series captures the colors imagined in childhood, encased in "imaginary stones" and framed. They evoke scenes from fairy tales or views from a forest clearing—forms born from memory. The motif is inspired by the colors within the jewel held by Homoi, the protagonist of Kenji Miyazawa's fairy tale "Kai no Hi" (The Shell of Fire). The hue is designed to express the myriad of sparkles emanating from within. ◻︎ Clip-on Earrings: Made of brass, nickel-free / Earring findings that are difficult to lose and comfortable to wear.
