This plan operates on an "annual contract" basis. We will proactively remind you to renew 30 days before expiration. If the contract expires without renewal, the system will suspend service (the physical card can still be kept, and service can be reactivated upon renewal). Q2: Can multiple people share one smart business card? The standard plan is "one card corresponding to one page." If your team has usage needs for 5 or more people, we recommend referring to the [Corporate Exclusive Plan] for unified backend management and preferential pricing. Q3: What if my phone doesn't sense it? 1. Device Support: Confirm your phone has NFC enabled. 2. Sensing Area: iPhones are usually near the top camera; Android phones are typically on the back center. 3. Environmental Factors: Avoid metal desktops or overly thick phone cases. 4. If it still doesn't respond after trying, please contact official customer service immediately for testing. Q4: Is the smart business card secure? Will my data be leaked? Rest assured, the smart business card only reads the public information you actively set (such as social media links, contact methods). Our technology does not, and cannot, read or transmit private photos, messages, or banking information from your phone. Q5: Who is the smart business card suitable for? 1. Professionals: Salespeople, consultants, lawyers, real estate agents. 2. Freelancers: Creators, designers, KOLs. 3. Corporate Brands: Event PR, company teams (enhancing brand consistency). Q6: Can I place a bulk order for my company? Yes! We offer [Corporate Bulk Purchase Plans] and [Custom Page Design]. Please feel free to message us directly or inquire via email. Our specialists will plan for your team. 📦 Return & Exchange Policy 📦 According to regulations, smart business cards are considered "customized products" and "digital services." Once activated and used, returns or exchanges are not accepted except for product defects. If you have any questions before purchasing, please consult customer service first.
