19th Century Tibetan 7-Prong Vajra Bell

Tibet Bronze alloy material. 7-prong vajra bell. Period: 19th Century. This century-old bell. Acquired last year, 2024, from a fellow antique dealer in Taiwan. At the time, I purchased ritual implements worth NT$110,000. This bell was one of them. Tibetan vajra bells typically have 5 or 9 prongs. This bell head has 7 prongs... Its unique design is unlike anything I've seen before... The 7-eyed Dzi bead is known in the industry to represent Medicine Buddha... A 7-prong vajra bell... could it be a ritual implement specifically made for the practice of Medicine Buddha? The exact period is difficult to ascertain. My personal practice is to conservatively estimate the age. I initially assessed it as a vintage piece from the last 40-50 years... After diligently searching online for several months... I finally found a damaged piece of the same design on an online marketplace in mainland China. It turns out its age dates back to the late Qing Dynasty. Essentially, it has a century of history. The seller on the other side of the strait was asking for the equivalent of NT$3,200 for this damaged bell... 6800-114.05.01
