I met a local Tibetan doctor and learned the Sanskrit chants of Medicine Buddha. I was moved beyond words. Looking back at every stage of my creation in recent years, I can see the shadow of Medicine Buddha. I hope that during this period, I can take more care of my body and mind and find inner peace. Although this journey has ups and downs, it can be said that it is a journey of super transformation that becomes deeper and more comfortable as I go.
