**By completing the registration and payment process, you confirm and agree to the following terms.** **►Respect Originality: All courses and works are for personal learning and self-use only. Please do not use the courses or works for commercial purposes!** *You may take photos for personal record during the class, but **no video recording** is permitted. *Due to limited seating, **please do not bring companions**. ►Cancellation and Refund Policy *Cancellations notified **15 days prior** to the class date will receive a **full refund**. *Cancellations notified **10-14 days prior** to the class date will receive a 70% refund. *Cancellations notified **7-10 days prior** to the class date will receive a 30% refund. *Cancellations notified **within 7 days** of the class date are **non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled**. VIVI will complete the work for you and ship it free of charge. You will still receive your unique handmade macrame piece with your chosen color combination. ►Notes *To protect the rights of registered participants, spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful payment and confirmation. *Please complete payment promptly after placing your order. **Orders will be automatically canceled without notice if payment is not completed by 6:00 PM, 2 days before the class.** Ex: If you wish to attend on 4/5, payment must be completed by 6:00 PM on 4/3. *If the minimum number of participants (6 people) is not met three days before the scheduled start date, the design studio reserves the right to cancel or adjust the venue, and will notify participants to **reschedule, change venue, or receive a refund**. *To ensure a smooth experience, **late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will not be admitted and are non-refundable**. VIVI will complete the work for you and ship it free of charge. You will still receive your unique handmade macrame piece with your chosen color combination. *Due to differences in learning pace and hand speed, it is recommended to **allow an additional 30 minutes after the class and avoid scheduling urgent matters**. ►Other *In case of natural disasters or force majeure events leading to class cancellation, the design studio will proactively contact you for a full refund or rescheduling. In the event of a typhoon, the cancellation standards announced by the event's location will be the basis for class cancellation and refunds, regardless of the participant's location. *Photos and videos may be taken during the course, which may include your likeness and could be used for event records or other promotional purposes. **If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the class**, and we will make appropriate arrangements. *Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations. *If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the design studio, **no refund will be issued**. *In the event of material shortages, **we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal value or adjust colors**. *Materials may have **color variations due to different production batches, lighting during photography, and computer monitor settings**. *To be environmentally friendly, **please bring your own reusable bag**. **►The organizer reserves the right to adjust event details and has the final say on all matters related to this event.**
