Thank you. ・Please do not record or videotape the class. 【Course Cancellation Policy】 The regulations are as follows: ・If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price plus all incurred expenses will be charged. As designers are required to prepare materials ten days before the event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted within ten days before the event. ・If you need to reschedule, please refund your ticket and buy it again. No refund or exchange will be accepted within ten days from the day before the event. 【Epidemic Prevention Campaign】 . If you are unable to attend the event due to the COVID-19 outbreak, please apply for a ticket refund five working days before the event (excluding the day of the event) for a full refund. . Body temperature will be measured before entering, and entry is allowed only if it is not higher than 37 degrees and wash hands. . Fill out a questionnaire at the registration point to understand your physical condition and travel history, to ensure that every entrant has no entry or exit record or physical discomfort within 14 days. . Crew members on long-haul flights or entering other countries must complete 7 days of home quarantine after returning to the country and have a negative test result. They should also follow the management measures of the Ministry of Health and Welfare from the 8th to the 14th day and strengthen their self-health management. . For short-haul flights without incoming crew members, if they have no symptoms, they do not need to be quarantined and will be handled in accordance with the management regulations of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. . Lecturers and participants are required to wear masks throughout the entire event. Those who do not wear masks will not be allowed to enter. . Strengthen air conditioning convection and open windows to ensure air circulation in the classroom. . The seating arrangement is to allow friends who are traveling with you to sit at the same table to reduce the chance of strangers gathering together; seats should be spaced as far apart as possible. . Use alcohol/hypochlorous acid water before and after activities to strengthen the disinfection of frequent contact points such as door handles and tables. Please cooperate with the coffee shop where the activity is held and cooperate with alcohol disinfection and measure body temperature before entering. If the body temperature exceeds 37℃, you will not be allowed to enter. It is recommended to return home and rest. We will assist in transferring to another class. 4. All courses involve close contact, and it is recommended to wear a mask during the process (please bring your own mask). 5. Door handles, counters, tabletops, etc. are disinfected regularly at the class location so that students can feel at ease coming to class.
