What are coffee beans? What are their varieties and regional characteristics?
Analyzing the flavor differences between washed, natural, and honey processing methods.
The impact of roast depth on aroma and taste.
Savoring Coffee Flavor Details
Experience tasting coffees from different processing methods, roasts, and origins.
Learn to distinguish acidity, sweetness, bitterness, aroma, and aftertaste.
Pour-Over Coffee Brewing Experience
Get acquainted with pour-over equipment and techniques.
Hands-on practice with pouring rhythm and brewing procedures.

Workshop Duration: 90 minutes

In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance, please provide relevant proof for rescheduling. A partial fee for materials and venue will be charged.
Workshop spots are limited. Once registered, no rescheduling or refunds are accepted. If you are unable to attend last minute, you may transfer your spot. Please inform us in advance, and we will assist with the change.
To capture memorable moments, candid photos will be taken during the workshop and used for event records and sharing.
If you plan to bring a companion, please inform us in advance. A small consumption fee will apply for companions. If not notified beforehand, onsite accommodation for companions cannot be guaranteed.
