Workshop Content Understanding Coffee Beans What are coffee beans? What are their varieties and regional characteristics? Analyzing the flavor differences between washed, natural, and honey processing methods. The impact of roast depth on aroma and taste. Savoring Coffee Flavor Details Experience tasting coffees from different processing methods, roasts, and origins. Learn to distinguish acidity, sweetness, bitterness, aroma, and aftertaste. Pour-Over Coffee Brewing Experience Get acquainted with pour-over equipment and techniques. Hands-on practice with pouring rhythm and brewing procedures. Who is this workshop for?
