This is a pour-over experience course designed for coffee beginners. Through relaxed hands-on practice and professional guidance, you'll go from understanding the basics of coffee beans to hands-on brewing, personally crafting your first cup of flavorful coffee. Whether you aim to cultivate your palate, unlock your sense of flavor, or simply want to try pour-over coffee, this class is the perfect starting point.

Basic Coffee Bean Knowledge
What are coffee beans? What are the characteristics of different varieties and origins?
Understanding the flavor differences between washed, natural, and honey processed beans
The impact of roast depth on aroma and taste
Appreciating Coffee Flavor Details
Taste coffees from different processing methods, roasts, and origins
Learn to distinguish acidity, sweetness, bitterness, aroma, and aftertaste
Pour-Over Coffee Brewing Experience
Familiarize yourself with pour-over equipment and techniques
