The bracelet itself is approximately 3MM wide and 3MM thick. (Wearing Instructions) When you first receive the bracelet, you might find the opening to be quite small. However, by following the instructions below, you can easily put on and take off your bracelet. 1. Relax your wrist. 2. You'll find a softer spot on the inside of your wrist; this is where it's easiest to slide the bracelet on and off. 3. If the bracelet opening feels too small, you can gently widen it a bit. 4. Once the bracelet is on, you can also press the opening slightly smaller to secure it.
