1. After placing your order, an "E-Ticket Notification" will be sent to you.
2. If you've selected the laser-engraved option and have your engraving details ready, please specify them in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to arrange a date and confirm seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared upon payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 design store can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons beyond ART64's control.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
