We offer a variety of painting activities. Families, friends, and parent-child groups are welcome to enjoy the fun of painting together!
Workshop Description
Notes
✧ Our studio operates by appointment only. Please book at least one day in advance and confirm your registration.
✧ Please arrive on time on the day of your activity. No-shows will be considered a forfeiture without refund or notification. Late arrivals will have their activity conclude at the end of the originally scheduled time slot.
✧ For self-selected images, portraits, or pet paintings, please provide reference photos or images at least 3 days in advance for preparation.
✧ Please leave on time at the end of your painting session to ensure the rights of other painters. Piler reserves the right to manage session timings.
✧ Exceeding painting time will be charged at $600/hr. Additional time does not include extra canvas or materials.
✧ Unless it's a designated co-painting activity, joint painting is not permitted. Companions are charged $100 per person, with seating prioritized for painters.
✧ To maintain a pleasant painting environment, outside food and drinks are not allowed in the studio. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for any self-provided celebration cakes.
✧ Please adhere to the activity guidelines to ensure the quality of the experience.
✧ In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, Piler will proactively notify and coordinate rescheduling.
**Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy**
**※ A transaction fee of $50 will be deducted from all transactions ※**
✧ Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity are eligible for a full refund.
✧ Cancellations made 4-7 days (inclusive) before the activity are eligible for a 50% refund of the activity fee.
✧ Cancellations made 3 days or less before the activity are non-refundable. One rescheduling is permitted, and the activity must be used within 1 month.
