♦ Due to the need for advance material preparation and course/venue scheduling:
1. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course date are eligible for a refund, with a 30% processing fee deducted from the course fee.
2. Cancellations made within 5 days of the course date are non-refundable. Instead, a material kit will be sent via registered mail.
3. If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
4. To maintain teaching quality and ensure a smooth course flow, please be punctual for class and do not bring guests.
5. Refreshments are provided; please do not bring outside food.
6. No tools are required; just bring a cheerful spirit to class :)
