If we notice insufficient observation skills, where should we begin training?
Training observation skills can be divided into three parts:
**Part 1: Eye Muscles**
Training the eye muscles can reduce instances of skipping lines or words. The training book includes sections on eye tracking and eye exercises. Dedicating just 5 minutes daily to these exercises can lead to noticeable improvements in eye muscle function within two months.
**Part 2: Left Occipital Lobe**
The left occipital lobe is responsible for observing and analyzing words. Developing this area enhances our ability to observe text. The training book features four stages of word search puzzles, progressing from simple to complex. We can start with the easiest and gradually build up our skills.
**Part 3: Right Occipital Lobe**
The right occipital lobe is responsible for observing images. Developing this area can improve the ability to observe and analyze images, as well as address confusion with mirrored text. The training book includes three stages of image observation games, ranging from easy to difficult. We can begin with the simplest and proceed step by step.
