Coffee will be served during the class, so it's recommended to have a light meal beforehand.
Please bring your own thermos or water bottle to take away the coffee you brew.
If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. A 30% fee will be charged to cover incurred costs.
As the instructor needs to prepare materials ten days prior to the event, refunds or exchanges will not be processed within ten days before the event.
If you wish to reschedule, please cancel your current ticket and purchase a new one. Rescheduling is not possible within ten days before the event.
Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
Only ticket holders may participate. Guests without tickets are not permitted to accompany or join the session. Entry begins 15 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late. Entry will be denied for arrivals exceeding 30 minutes, and no refunds will be issued.
Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
You will be responsible for any damages caused by non-compliance.
In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you regarding postponement or refunds.
