For natural fabrics (such as silk, Xiangyunsha, etc.), variations in fiber texture and luster are normal occurrences.
About Craftsmanship Details
The following are considered normal craftsmanship and are not eligible for returns or exchanges: seams on edges, minor pulls, thread ends on the reverse of embroidery, needle holes, reinforcement stitching marks, and slight thread ends.
About Customization and After-Sales Service
We offer minor customization (garment length/collar height). Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
