▫️Flowers are seasonal. If there is a shortage of flowers or poor quality, we will replace them with appropriate flowers of the same color.
▫️Dried flowers and preserved flowers are very fragile. It is normal for some flower shavings to fall off during the transportation process. We will pack them well during the delivery process. Friends who receive flower gifts should also protect them properly.
