➤ Customization Process: ● Select your preferred design and purchase it. Then, under the 'Add-ons' section, choose the product(s) you wish to have the design printed on. Options include apparel, tote bags, cushions, towels, mugs, coasters, floor mats, and more. Once you confirm the digital proof provided by Smiling Flower, the production timeline will commence. Printing begins only after your final approval. ● Please select a suitable photo with a clear subject and sufficient resolution, adequate lighting, and balanced color contrast for the best results. Avoid screenshots, as they may lead to poor print quality. Photos can be changed before printing for a retouching fee of NT$500. ● Please send the photo file(s) for customization to esmile7@gmail.com. ● Production time varies from 7-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the item. For urgent gifts, please communicate your timeline in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. ➤ Important Notes: 1. All items in our store are custom-made to your specific size and color preferences. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before placing your order. 2. Printed textiles and ceramic items will inherently have slightly larger print dots and may not achieve the same sharpness as paper prints. Minor print variations are not considered defects. Please consider this carefully before purchasing. 3. There may be slight color variations between different phone or computer screens and the actual printed product. Color differences are not considered product defects. If you are particularly sensitive to color discrepancies, please purchase with caution.
