● GONESH, SATYA NAG INCENSE STICKS(Sai Baba incense sticks) and other incense sticks with fragrant bases are more suitable and will not produce crater burnt black.
●Due to hand-made, incense sticks sticks are not vertical and their bending can easily cause the holes to get stuck. Please read the instructions carefully to eliminate the problem.
● If the hole is Ø3/2.5/2MM, or the hole diameter is too large, you can use a toothpick or fine wood or bamboo material to fill the hole and it can be used normally.
