Tainan Dongshan Coffee is produced in the Alishan Mountain Range, located south of the Tropic of Cancer, at an altitude of about 700-800 meters. The planting area is as large as 4 hectares, with an annual output of 40 tons of coffee. Natural farming methods are used, continuing the footprints of Tiebika left over from the Japanese occupation era. Coffee trees are planted under betel nut trees, with dense and luxuriant trunks and branches, and the fruits are as red and abundant as cherries.
This batch is made using the sun-drying method, with a unique green apple aroma, smooth aftertaste, and a mellow and lingering taste, fully expressing the rich and distinctive flavor of the producing area and continuing the good taste of Dongshan coffee.
