Tainan Dongshan coffee is produced in the branch of the Alishan Mountains, south of the Tropic of Cancer, at an altitude of about 700-800 meters. The planting area is as large as 4 hectares, with an annual output of 40 tons of coffee. It is planted using natural farming methods, continuing the footprint of Typica left in the Japanese occupation era. The coffee trees are planted under the betel nut trees. The trunks are dense and luxuriant, and the fruits are as red as cherries. Colorful and rich.
