Subjective Differences: After placing an order, partial refunds or returns cannot be requested due to "differences from imagination/proportion, or other personal aesthetic factors." Please refer to the existing finished product styles in the store. Handmade items cannot be perfectly symmetrical or 100% realistic. 3. After-Sales & Order Abandonment: This product is custom-made and does not fall under the seven-day appreciation period. Failure to pick up the item without valid reason will be treated as malicious order abandonment, and relevant civil liabilities will be pursued. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of the finished product may be publicly shared on platforms later (personal information will be concealed). If you do not wish for it to be shared, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, it will be considered as consent. 5. Return Issues: Customized products fall under "*Exceptional Product Categories*" and are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period regulations of the Consumer Protection Law. Returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Discrepancies: Slight color differences between the product photos and the physical item viewed with the naked eye are normal and cannot be grounds for a refund or return. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect both your and our rights. Please report any issues with the product within 1 day; requests beyond this period will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Error: Due to manual production and measurement, an error of 0-2 cm is normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if a receipt is needed. Our store does not use unified invoices. If a duplicate needs to be mailed later, it will be sent via registered mail.
