Duration: Approximately 60-100 minutes, subject to on-site conditions.
Eligibility: Due to the high temperature of the roasting machine, participants must be 12 years or older for safety. (Group bookings and private events are available upon inquiry.)

【Important Notes】
1. Please arrive at the door at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time on the day of the class to confirm your registration for the roasting session.
2. Upon check-in, you will need to present (1) your Pinkoi electronic voucher and (2) the pre-class notification email sent by the Pinkoi system to complete the verification process. Failure to provide complete documentation may affect your right to participate. Please ensure the mobile number provided during purchase is the attendee's and is entered correctly.

Placing an order does not guarantee a spot; please message us in advance to confirm availability.
【Cancellation Policy】
Entry is permitted with your notification email after ticket purchase.
Cancellations made 3 days prior to the class date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 0-2 days prior to the class date will incur a 50% handling fee.
▲Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
You may change your booking date within 7 days to 3 days prior to the class (excluding the start date). Changes are limited to one instance and must be for an event by the same organizer. If there is a price difference after rescheduling, the additional cost will be paid, or a partial refund will be issued. Activities that have been rescheduled are not eligible for cancellation.
Changes to the date are not accepted 2 days prior to and on the day of the class. If you wish to increase the number of participants, you may inquire 1 day prior to the experience date. Reducing the number of participants is not possible.
If you are unable to attend the experience due to unforeseen circumstances, we recommend transferring your spot to another person within 3 days prior to the experience date (excluding the start date). Refunds will not be issued for transfers, but please be sure to inform us of the substitute participant's name and contact information.
