'Regarding Lateness'
1. Since experiences are not conducted individually, please respect everyone's time. Please be seated promptly as we start on time! (Seating opens 5 minutes before the class).
2. To avoid disrupting ongoing classes, anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
3. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and still wish to attend, you may opt to pay an additional 30% service fee (of the original total price). Please contact us via message to arrange this. Rescheduling is only possible for weekday afternoon sessions; weekend and holiday sessions are excluded.
4. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and insist on attending, a 30% service fee (of the original total price) will be collected on-site to ensure the next session is not delayed. Your class will be expedited and condensed, and you will finish at the same time as other participants.
5. In case of rain, heavy weekend traffic, or if you are unfamiliar with the location, please leave early to allow ample time and avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may cause lateness and prevent admission.
'Regarding Rescheduling'
* Rescheduling on the day of the experience due to 'any form of lateness' is not accepted.
* If you need to reschedule due to confirmed COVID-19, please provide an 'Isolation Notice' or 'Digital Health Certificate' to arrange a new session. Rescheduling to holiday sessions is not permitted. Please proactively contact the designer via message.
* One rescheduling is permitted. Please complete the rescheduling request at least 3 days before the experience date. Rescheduling is limited to weekday afternoon sessions; weekend and holiday sessions are excluded. Please proactively contact the designer via message.
'Refund Conditions'
* Refunds on the day of the experience due to 'lateness' or 'other last-minute reasons' are not accepted.
* No refunds or ticket exchanges will be issued within 7 days of the event.
* For cancellations made 8 days or more before the event, a 70% refund is available. As the designer prepares materials in advance, a 30% handling fee (of the original total price) will be charged for cancellations due to personal reasons to protect the designer's rights.
* Only ticket purchasers are eligible to participate in the experience. Non-purchasers may not participate.
* In case of cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, yoyohand will proactively contact you to reschedule the class.
'Other Notes'
* This activity is open to individuals aged 8 and above.
* If materials are mistakenly made or damaged due to personal negligence during the process, new materials must be purchased to continue the creation.
'Other Session Time and Group Size Requests'
* Morning (10:30 AM) and evening (7:00 PM) sessions are also available. Please use the 'Contact Designer' button to inform us of your needs!
* If you wish to increase the number of participants for the times listed in the 'Event Specifications' above, please use the 'Contact Designer' button to reach out to us!!
* The experience class may be photographed by the organizer based on needs and uploaded to the yoyohand Facebook fan page or IG event page after the event. Photos and videos containing your image may be used in the future for event records or other promotional purposes. You can download your photos yourself.
* If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make arrangements.
