Items will be shipped within 10 business days from the day after your order, excluding weekends. Each additional item requires an extra 3-5 business days. Please confirm you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. The product is crafted using a wet-molding technique, requiring 2-4 days for air drying. Surface imperfections on the leather may not be apparent when flat but can become more noticeable once molded into a three-dimensional shape. We will discard and remake any pieces with excessive flaws. Due to challenges in evenly heating every character with the hot stamping machine, excessive or long stamping, or using all capital letters, can lead to foil detachment. Such occurrences are unavoidable, so please consider your desired text carefully. 2. The hot stamping add-on covers the price for a single line of stamping only; it does not include back or multi-line stamping. 3. This product is made to order. Production time varies depending on the size and quantity of the item. Typically, items are shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends. 4. Leather inherently has natural grain and may show marks from the animal's life, such as scars or insect bites. Please order only if you accept these natural characteristics. 5. Product photos are actual shots, but color variations may occur due to computer screen settings and lighting. The actual product color prevails. 6. Handmade items may have slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot achieve the flawless uniformity of factory-produced goods.
