The flavor profile features a distinct honey note with a sweet, lingering finish. Infused into our desserts and paired with French cream cheese, and topped with rose raspberry chantilly, you can experience a rich, creamy blend of tea and milk in every bite! When you receive the dessert, if you let it thaw slightly from frozen until it can be sliced, it offers a texture similar to tea ice cream; if enjoyed chilled, the tea aroma will be even more pronounced.
