Online reservations are not accepted within 3 days of the class date. Registration is successful only after completing the online reservation and paying the deposit.
Example: For a class on May 15, the registration process must be completed by May 11.

● For safety reasons, this course is only for participants aged 7 and older. We reserve the right to verify eligibility. Participants under 7 will be denied entry without a refund.
● The course is lengthy; please bring your own water.
● Aprons are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and avoid loose long sleeves.
● Doors open 10 minutes before the start. Please arrive on time to ensure the quality of the session.
● Due to space limitations and to maintain quality, we cannot accommodate observers or pets. Additional participants on the day are subject to space availability.
● We may take photos and videos during the session for promotional use on social media, our website, or other media. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform us in advance.
● We have a resident cat that may visit during the class.

➤ Notes and Disclaimer:
● Follow venue rules and instructor guidance. In case of equipment malfunction, stop immediately and notify the instructor. Do not attempt repairs. Participants are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by violation of these rules.
● Wood frame edges may be sharp; please be careful to avoid scratches or snagging your clothing.
● LED light strips are tested before use. Please handle them correctly; improper handling leading to damage will require a replacement purchase at 350 TWD (cash only).
● Late arrivals due to personal reasons will not receive extra time if the project cannot be completed.
● To cancel attendance, notification must be given 2 days prior to the event. The booking may only be transferred to a person aged 7 or older. You must provide the name, phone number, and email of the transferee. Example: For a May 15 class, notify us by May 12.
● Cancellations, arrivals more than 30 minutes late, no-shows, or early departure due to personal reasons will result in the forfeiture of the booking and deposit.
● We will postpone or refund the deposit in the following cases:
1. Natural disasters (e.g., typhoons): Subject to Taichung City Government announcements 4 hours before the class time. If your area is affected by local restrictions, please inform us early.
2. Force majeure events (e.g., power outages, equipment failure) preventing the class.
3. We will notify you via LINE or phone; you may choose to postpone or receive a refund.
● We reserve the right to make the final interpretation and decision on all matters concerning this course.
