・After the ticket is successfully purchased, you will receive an electronic ticket notification, and no physical ticket will be sent. On the day of the event, please present your e-ticket at the registration counter to enter.
・If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and all fees incurred at 30% of the ticket price will be charged. Since the designer has to prepare materials seven days before the event, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within seven days from the day before the event.
・If you need to reschedule, please refund and repurchase the ticket. No refund or exchange will be accepted within seven days from the day before the event.
・If the number of applicants for the session does not reach 4 three days before the event start date, Pinkoi has the right to cancel the event and notify Pinyou to change the event session or refund.
・Admission is open 30 minutes before the activity. In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 10 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund.
・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
