Revisions & Adjustments: Finished products come with "one complimentary adjustment" limited to contour refinement or correction of production errors. If you wish to change the content mid-process, additional material and labor fees may apply. 2. Subjective Discrepancies: Once an order is placed, requests for partial refunds or returns based on subjective aesthetic factors such as "different from imagination" or "proportion differences" will not be accepted. Please refer to our existing product styles; handmade items may not be perfectly symmetrical or 100% photorealistic. 3. After-sales & Order Abandonment: As this is a customized item, it is not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. Failure to collect your package without cause will be treated as malicious abandonment and may lead to civil liability. 4. Portfolio Sharing: Finished product photos may be shared on our platform (personal information will be hidden). Please inform us in advance if you prefer your item not be shared; otherwise, it is considered consent. 5. Returns: Customized goods fall under "excepted product categories" and are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period under consumer protection laws, and thus cannot be returned or exchanged. 6. Color Variance: Slight color differences between product photos and the physical item are normal and not grounds for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record a video while unboxing your package to protect your rights. Please report any issues within 1 day; reports after this window will not be accepted. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet photo printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Variance: Due to manual production and measurement, a variance of 0-2cm is considered normal. 11. Receipts: Please request in advance if needed. Our shop is exempt from uniform invoices; receipts can only be re-sent via registered mail.
