Step 2: Confirm your order and payment. (If unsure, please contact our small shop to discuss customization details) Step 3: Upload Photos – After placing your order, please contact the designer via Pinkoi/Instagram to send your pet's photos. Photo Guidelines: ● Please provide clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles (front, top, back, side views). ● The more photos, the better. More pictures help capture the nuances of fur color and patterns. ● You can specify the pose for your felted pet, and we will create it based on your provided photos. Step 4: Please inform the designer of any unique features your little one has, special markings, or distinctive areas you'd like emphasized. ❣️ https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55266047004_a241526209_h.jpg?s=eyJpIjo1NTI2NjA0NzAwNCwiZSI6MTc3ODYwODQxMiwicyI6IjQ5YTIxZjA0MWE1Mzk1MDYxNGY4MWM0NzBhNzFlMTkzM2U4ZDBlOWYiLCJ2IjoxfQ Step 5: Please let the designer know what you'd like engraved on the wooden base of the glass dome. ✨😊 We recommend engraving a name/date. (Up to 15 English characters, up to 6 Chinese characters. Can be arranged on two lines.) https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55265947673_b633f0f237_z.jpg Step 6: Final Product Confirmation – Once the piece is completed, I will send you detailed photos from various angles. You can provide feedback for revisions until you are completely satisfied. ❣️ Step 7: After careful packaging, your little one will be shipped home. Please await their arrival! Important Notes: ✨ The price includes a glass dome/picture frame/plastic case. ✨ We use a mix of Hamanaka Japanese wool and 100% pure Australian wool. ✨ Larger sizes offer a higher degree of realism. Due to handcrafting, there may be slight variations in size. ✨ Free revisions until the customer is satisfied. ✨ The studio reserves the right to use images of the work for promotional posts. Please inform us if confidentiality is required. ✨ Once custom felted orders are queued for production and completed, changes to pose/expression, as well as returns or exchanges, are not possible. ✨ Upon order confirmation, all the above terms are considered agreed upon. ~ Feel free to share any ideas for discussion. ~ ✨ Felted wool creations are not suitable for play. Please handle them gently. Avoid rough handling or sleeping with them. Light touching is fine. ✨ Keep the piece dry. Wool felt may shrink or deform if washed. If the piece gets dirty, spot clean gently and air dry. ✨ As these are 100% handmade items, slight needle marks may be visible. It's impossible to replicate your pet exactly 100%. However, the studio will do its utmost to achieve a resemblance of 90%-95%. Welcome to IG: Meet.woolpet to view more works and behind-the-scenes creation process! ❣️
