**"I enjoy telling stories with photos that make people smile instantly."**
Currently a photography instructor at Ding Ai Culture, Franky's primary work involves event documentation. However, in his free time, he continues to explore and capture moments with a more portable camera. He has a passion for street photography and cultural documentation, with a particular fondness for a humorous and engaging street style.
Previously, he worked as a media engineer and head of the digital media department at Ding Ai Culture, responsible for installing television station media systems and editing computers. He served as the assistant director for two micro-films and excels in dynamic capture, event recording, and street photography. He has taught photography to over six hundred students.

■ Full refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters) or insufficient enrollment.
■ In the event of changes in the pandemic situation, the venue may be adjusted or the course may be moved online in accordance with government regulations.
■ Cancellations by registrants are subject to the following refund policy:
(1) Cancellations made 7 or more business days before the event start date will receive a refund minus a 5% processing fee.
(2) Cancellations made 4-7 business days before the event start date will receive a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
(3) Cancellations made 1-3 business days before the event start date will receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on or after the event start date.
If a registrant is unable to attend, they may transfer their spot to another eligible participant or request to join a different event. This must be communicated to the organizer at least three days prior to the event, along with the personal details and contact information of the new participant, to facilitate insurance (if applicable) and the sending of event notifications. Changes to participants or events are limited to one instance per registrant. Any cost differences will be settled accordingly (refund for overpayment or additional payment for underpayment).
