We've received a substantial captain and crew wooden sculpture!
Measuring approximately 60cm, it possesses a pleasing heft and solid feel.
Hand-carved and hand-painted, the colors are rich and the gaze is sharp and defined.
Dating back to the 1980s, a period of Japan's economic boom, this piece evokes a sense of longing for the world beyond its shores,
alongside a subtle melancholy for the everyday individual amidst a bustling society.
Large-sized pieces like this are quite rare! Don't miss out if you're a fan of this series.
Dimensions: 60*15*18cm
