🔺 TLCSTORE Luggage Warranty and Repair Information 🔺
1. Warranty Period: The product comes with a two-year free warranty from the date of sale.
* The warranty card must be filled with the purchase date (no alterations allowed) and stamped with the warranty seal. If the card is lost but proof of purchase date can be provided, it will be considered as holding the card.
* For issues outside the warranty scope or beyond the warranty period, lifetime repair services are available. The buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping and repair part costs.
2. Warranty Coverage: Handles, telescopic handles, and wheels are covered under warranty.
* Defects caused by material issues or manufacturing flaws are also within the warranty scope.
* This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, external factors (especially damage during transportation, such as deformation, breakage, main body damage, scratches, abrasions, etc.), or damage caused by liquid exposure that affects usability.
3. Repair Process:
* Please take photos of the item before sending it for repair.
* Contact customer service by phone before shipping the item back to our company (round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility).
* For issues outside the warranty scope or expired warranty, our repair team will assess the repair costs and contact the consumer for a quote. Repairs will commence after mutual agreement.
* If the consumer does not agree to the repair quote, the item will be returned via cash on delivery for shipping fees.
4. Repair Duration:
* Standard repairs: Approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time).
* Expedited repairs: Approximately 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). An additional fee of $150 NTD applies for expedited service.
* If parts need to be ordered from overseas, expedited service is not applicable, and the waiting period may be 2-3 months.
5. Exclusions: For damage incurred during airport handling or due to other external forces, please file a claim directly with the airline. This is not covered by our company's warranty.
6. Repair Item Storage Period: Three months from the date we notify the customer for pickup. Items not collected within this period will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and we will not be responsible for their storage.
【Important Notes】
1. The original parts may not always be used for repairs. If original parts are out of stock or discontinued, replacement parts will be used.
2. Please pack the item in a box for repair and warranty service. Do not hand it over directly to the delivery driver without packaging, as they may refuse to accept it.
3. Within the warranty period, free repair services as described in the warranty scope are available upon presentation of the warranty card. If damage is caused by improper use or the warranty card cannot be presented, repair costs for parts will still be charged within the warranty period.
4. In case of any damage to the luggage during airline transit, please ensure you file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. If a claim is not filed in time, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs of parts not covered by the warranty.
