Near the Himalayas, the water-boiling wool technique is a delicate craft developed in Kashmir to combat the unique, harsh climate. At high altitudes, water boils at a lower temperature. In the early morning, as the sun rises, wool products are soaked in melted alpine snowmelt and then heated to a boil. As the sun sets in the evening, the wool products are then dried under the moonlight. This intricate process not only removes impurities but also causes the wool to shrink, tightening the fibers. Finally, the woven pieces, each unique in color and embroidery, are presented through the hand-weaving and embroidery of local women.

Material:
100% Himalayan Kashmiri Wool
Dimensions:
70 x 180 cm
(Due to variations in individual measurement methods and positions, all dimensions are measured horizontally by hand. There may be slight discrepancies with the actual dimensions due to fabric elasticity, measurement starting points, etc. A margin of error of ±3cm is within the acceptable range of international inspection standards.)
Recommended Cleaning Method:
1. Fill a basin with an appropriate amount of laundry detergent and dissolve it in slightly warm water. Lay the scarf flat in the basin and gently press it up and down with both hands about twenty to thirty times. This allows the detergent solution to flow through the fiber gaps, preventing the fibers from tangling.
2. Rinse using the same method until the scarf is clean.
3. Gently squeeze out excess water. Lay the scarf flat on a towel or drying rack in a cool, shaded area to air dry naturally. Exposure to ultraviolet rays can cause wool to yellow.
