Some items are treated with a water-repellent finish, but they are not completely waterproof. When water splashes or spills on the wood, it will bead up on the surface and can be wiped dry with a tissue. However, prolonged immersion in water can still lead to mold or warping and breakage. To ensure the longevity of the wood, please avoid prolonged contact with water. **| Important Notes |** - Each piece of wood is unique, so variations in grain depth and pattern are natural. Uneven grain or color distribution is considered normal. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for such minor imperfections. Please consider carefully before ordering. - Payment is required before production begins for all custom orders. - This product is custom-made and therefore not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.
