* In the event of delays due to natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors, we will notify you of the shipping delay. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipments are handled by logistics providers and convenience store delivery services. Actual delivery times depend on the driver's route and circumstances, and precise delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
* An invoice is issued for all items. If you require a company registration number (統編), please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and lifetime basic cleaning and maintenance services. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human-induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Custom-made items, lost stones, and damage clearly caused by human factors are not covered under warranty. Repairs for such issues will incur a fee based on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards cannot be reissued; please keep them safe.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for items without a warranty card or items not purchased from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the consumer.
* All after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, stone detachment) require the accompanying product warranty card. Service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to apply for after-sales service.

* All products undergo a professional quality control inspection before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please keep the product intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing a photo of the defective area for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: The color of product photos may vary due to different browsing devices and settings. Please refer to the actual color of the received product.
# Size: Measurements may have an error margin of 0.5-1 cm due to different measurement methods; this is considered normal.
# Solder Points: Although our products are handcrafted with precise craftsmanship, minor solder points may be present, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these junctions due to soldering is normal.
# Gemstones: We use natural gemstones for all our products. Therefore, each gemstone will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, and cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are normal phenomena.
# Pearls: We use natural pearls for all our products. Each pearl is a unique gem with its own natural luster. While we select pearls for consistency, no two pearls will be exactly alike.
| Return Policy |
* All products (excluding custom-made items) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, calculated from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please inspect the product content immediately upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry for an extended period before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# The item is not returned in its original packaging box and carton.
# Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, and any accessories that arrived with the product (e.g., earring backs).
# Non-standard try-on, indicating clear signs of prolonged wear and dirt.
# The product has been altered, such as with custom engraving or size/chain length adjustments.
# Promotional gifts have not been returned.
# The product has been damaged due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved items are considered custom-made and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* In accordance with court rulings, custom-made items made according to the consumer's request are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom-made items cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is entitled to one free return shipping service. If you wish to add or return items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please ensure you have fully inspected the items before proceeding with a return.
* If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for promotional discounts, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you make more than 3 returns without specific reason within one year, HYGGE ADORN will blacklist you for six months.
