2. If you have selected a laser-engraved style and have finalized the text, please specify the details in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Your booking is considered confirmed only after an ART64 studio representative contacts you to verify the appointment date and seat availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides unified invoice receipts. If you require a business tax ID on your invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to factors beyond the control of ART64.
7. In the event of class suspension due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a rescheduling or refund.
