▶ Ticket & Workshop Policies
1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification" email.
2. If you choose the laser engraving option and have confirmed the text, please specify your engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store partner from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and available seating.
4. Please book your session at least 3 days in advance, as materials will be prepared after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified receipt. If you require a company receipt with tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the workshop is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of workshop suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or a refund.
