If you're hesitant about taking nose prints, paw prints are a great alternative. Each order includes one portion of molding clay. For multi-pattern rings or double-sided pendants/thin rings, two portions of molding clay will be provided. If the initial mold is unsuccessful, additional molding clay can be purchased for $100 per portion, plus shipping costs. | Production Time | All KUÂN KUÂN items are handmade. Production takes three to four weeks (excluding holidays) after we receive your returned mold. | Nose/Paw Print Production Size | The final appearance depends on your pet's unique pattern, as well as the direction and pressure applied during molding. We recommend a gentle press. We will capture a significant portion of the texture, not necessarily create an exact 1:1 replica of the entire print. Nose Prints: For cats, whose noses are smaller, we can often capture a more complete print. Paw Prints: We will capture a section of the paw pad texture. Upon receiving your returned mold, we will create a wax model and send you a photo for confirmation before casting it into silver. | Production Process | 1. We will mail you a material kit. 2. Follow the provided instructions to create the mold with your pet. Once the mold is complete, please send us a photo for initial review, then use express shipping to send the mold back to us. 3. After receiving the mold, we will create the texture impression and begin crafting your jewelry. | Shipping | The shipping fee covers: one shipment of the material kit and one shipment of the finished product. It does not include the cost of shipping the mold back to us. For international orders, any customs duties incurred when shipping back to us are also not included and will be your responsibility. | Material Kit Contents | 1. We can also discuss creating double-sided patterned pendants. | Care Instructions | - The more you wear your silver jewelry, the less it will oxidize. The natural oils from your skin form a protective layer, slowing down oxidation. - After wearing, wipe clean and store in a pouch to isolate from air and prevent oxidation. - If your silver jewelry turns black due to oxidation, regularly polish it with a silver polishing cloth to restore its luster. - Avoid wearing silver jewelry and natural stone series items in hot springs or while swimming. The sulfur in hot springs and chemicals in swimming pools can accelerate oxidation and discoloration of silver. - Natural stones and pearls should be kept away from detergents, perfumes, and other chemical substances to maintain their natural luster and texture.
