Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transportation, and production are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The final product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-made items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches and a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance that reflects the owner's journey. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, color variations can occur between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying absorption rates. Colors will not be identical between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period.
