No need to add or subtract any extra room. Due to the handmade nature, we aim for a suitable fit, typically leaving about 1cm of looseness. If you prefer a snugger or looser fit, please note this in your order. ❤️ ●● The cord is a consumable material; it's normal for it to loosen or fray over time. Regular cord replacement is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● Warranty is valid for 1 month. If the bracelet detaches or breaks during wear, we offer free re-stringing (you only cover round-trip shipping). ● If the cord becomes worn from prolonged use and you wish to replace it, a re-stringing fee of $100 NTD + round-trip shipping will apply. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and labor fee of $200 NTD + round-trip shipping will apply (replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the style). Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may exhibit internal ice cracks, fissures, cotton-like inclusions, mineral deficiencies, or composite minerals, which are normal occurrences. ● All product images are of the actual items. This chemical reaction is normal. ● Our K-gold accessories offer excellent color retention. To maintain their luster, avoid scratching the surface. With proper care, the gold plating can last for several months, or even longer, depending on individual usage habits. ● The cord on crystal bracelets may occasionally become visible due to handling or pulling. Simply adjust the beads to tuck the cord back inside.
