After completing your order, you can upload your file through the "Contact Designer" option. Please submit your image file at 150-300 dpi. Our designer will then confirm the details with you. Custom production typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 2. Each notebook is handcrafted. After we receive your custom artwork, print it, and produce the physical item, there may be a slight difference of 1-2mm in size compared to the simulated cover. This can sometimes result in variations such as the spine text not being perfectly centered, misaligned with the edges, asymmetrical, or showing white borders. While we strive to meet your specific requests during production, absolute precision is not achievable with purely handmade items. Therefore, if you require the flawless perfection of machine-made products, please refrain from purchasing. 3. Please communicate any specific requirements for your custom order before placing your order. Production will commence only after mutual understanding and agreement have been reached to avoid any misunderstandings. As customized items are made uniquely for you, returns cannot be accepted. Each cover is printed and then manually cut and bound. Production runs are small, typically 10-20 notebooks at a time.
