However, due to variations in bone density and individual physiology, the volume of ashes after cremation can differ for each pet. • **Ashes + part of bones / complete skeletal remains:** There is limited data currently to accurately estimate the size and length of skeletal remains. Additionally, Moonset.B urns have limited capacity. It is recommended to confirm the actual volume and size after the pet has been laid to rest before deciding on the urn size. Q2: What if I'm unsure about the amount of ashes? The safest approach is to first ask your pet funeral service provider if they can supply a temporary paper container. After cremation or aquamation, confirm the weight of the ashes or the dimensions of the skeletal remains, then select the urn size. You can then transfer them once received. (**Special reminder:** For pets weighing over 20 kg, if they are slender, their ashes might be more voluminous than expected. In about 10% of cases, slender pets result in "light weight, heavy ashes." In such situations, it is recommended to choose one size larger for peace of mind.) Q3: What if I receive the urn and find that the ashes or bones don't fit? • **Reason 1:** Sometimes, due to the pet being slender, the proportion of bones can be heavier, leading to a fit issue. • **Reason 2:** The moisture-proof bag or desiccant takes up space. You can remove the bag or desiccant, seal the urn, and store it in a dry place. • You can also have some of the ashes made into other ornaments or keepsakes. **(Due to hygiene and customization considerations, all sales are final and non-refundable. Dark areas will appear darker, and bright areas will appear brighter. 2. Colors may have a slightly grayish tint. 3. Resolution and sharpness will be reduced. "Perfectionists, please reconsider." ▋ Photo Samples: 1. Notify the designer whether you prefer "Vertical" or "Horizontal" orientation. 2. Please crop your photo yourself, adjusting the size of your pet within the frame. 3. If no preference is stated, the designer will assess the most suitable orientation. How long can the string lights stay on? What is their lifespan? These lights consume minimal power and can operate for over ten hours. They do not get hot when continuously on. However, as they are electronic consumables, prolonged use can cause the bulbs to burn out. Humid environments and pulling on the wires can also shorten their lifespan. Q2. What if the lights break? Can you replace them for me? Damages within 7 days of receipt will be replaced. However, due to the original handmade design, the switch is fixed and difficult to replace. A. For the standing lamp style, each base and lamp have different rotation angles, so direct replacement may not be possible. You may need to find another position to place it. B. For string lights, customers will need to re-wrap them around the urn. The switch can be placed separately behind the piece inside the glass cover. Q3. What is the customer feedback like?
