▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store representative from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and available seating.
4. Materials are prepared upon order and payment. Please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons beyond ART64's control.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
