Returns or exchanges based on pattern or color preference cannot be accepted. ✔ This product is made to order by women after your purchase and is considered a customized item, therefore it is non-refundable. However, the brand offers exchanges for defective items within seven days. Buyers who are extremely particular about perfection and cannot accept minor imperfections of the burlap coffee bean sacks or variations in color or pattern compared to the photos are advised to reconsider before purchasing. ✔ Returned items must be in their original, complete packaging. If the product has been improperly disassembled, used, or damaged (e.g., scratches, stains) or if the packaging is incomplete, making it unsellable, or if accessories are missing, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Scratches, cracks, deterioration, breakage, or external damage resulting from normal use such as collisions, friction, drops, wiping, immersion in water, or washing are not covered under the return policy.
