1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your choice.
3. Your registration is complete only after a staff member from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the reservation date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials need to be prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
