[About Our Crochet Classes] Crocheting is a craft that requires time and practice. Each student progresses at their own pace. If you don't complete your piece during the class, the instructor will guide you on how to continue at home. Should you encounter any issues while crafting, please feel free to send us a message. We're happy to answer your questions or arrange another session. [Important Notes] # New to crochet? You can join a simple introductory session first! If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least four days before the class (including the day of notification). You may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Cancellations made within three days (including the day of notification) will incur a material fee; you may also transfer your spot to a friend. For example: If the class is on 8/16, notify us by 8/11 (inclusive) for rescheduling or a full refund. After 8/12 (inclusive), a material fee will be charged (shipping costs for materials will be separate). # No Companions Allowed To maintain a focused learning environment, we cannot accommodate auditors or child supervision. Please do not bring guests. ### Patterns are for personal use only ### (Except for gifting the finished crocheted item) Please refrain from copying, teaching, or any related commercial activities. # If you wish to teach this course, you must first complete Tongtongs' instructor training and obtain a certification. Upon successful completion, you may become an authorized instructor for this course, sign an agreement with us, and adhere to the terms before commencing classes. ## In case of unforeseen circumstances such as epidemics (please provide relevant proof and notify us via message for postponement or refund arrangements) or natural disasters, you may reschedule your class once. Please contact us at least one day before the scheduled class to arrange the postponement. Once a new date is confirmed, if you are unable to attend due to non-disaster-related reasons, or wish to cancel or postpone again due to personal reasons, no refund or further rescheduling will be possible. Failure to postpone within the stipulated time will be considered forfeiture of your spot, and no refund will be issued. We will not provide further notification. ## In response to the epidemic, masks must be worn at all times during the class. ## We may take photos and videos during the event and upload them to social media afterward. The organizer may use images containing your likeness for event recaps or future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the event. Thank you.
