Q1: Do I need to make a reservation? A1: Yes, reservations are required. Our studio space is limited, so we reserve spots for those who have booked and paid in advance! Q2: Can my companion who isn't participating in the workshop come into the store? A2: Due to limited studio space, each person attending must be creating a product. Companions are welcome to wait in the store or explore nearby. Q3: Are the Crystal Tree Photo Frames pre-arranged, or can I choose my own combination? A3: We offer a variety of crystals and minerals to choose from. You can design and arrange them yourself! Q4: What if I have a last-minute conflict after booking? Can I change my date and time? A4: For same-day workshops, as the instructor's materials and studio space are already prepared, we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling on the day of the class. No-shows will be considered forfeiture. However, if there are available slots in other time slots on the same day, we can accommodate a time change. Q5: What if I'm running late? A5: If you are late by 20 minutes without prior notification the day before, for the sake of other participants, we will consider it a forfeiture of your reservation and no refund will be issued. Workshops start with just one participant and are strictly by reservation. Thank you for your cooperation. 【 Workshop Guidelines 】 ● Due to space limitations and to maintain workshop quality, if you wish to bring a companion, please message us to inquire about available space on the day. ● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start time to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. ● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished product has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase. ● The workshop duration is approximately 1 hour, varying slightly based on the complexity of the chosen design. Your creation can be taken home the same day. ● A phone tripod is available at the venue for recording and photography. ● As the crystal selection area is limited, all participants for a given time slot will select crystals together. If you are sensitive to sharing this space with others and prefer a more private selection experience, please consider this carefully before booking. ● As each time slot is reserved, store staff will call you one hour in advance. To protect the rights of all participants, forgetting your reservation time and being unable to attend will be considered a forfeiture. ★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on equipment safety. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
