Somdej Phra Buddhacharn and Phra Dhammaprawatnavikrom presided over the blessing ceremony and contributed 3,000 types of sacred materials. These materials were gathered by Ajarn Lak, the Royal Astrologer.
The Somdej Saen Lan amulets incorporate sacred materials used in the creation of the Jatukham Ramathep amulets in 2550 B.E. (2007 A.D.). Ajarn Lak, the Royal Astrologer, meticulously blended these sacred materials at the Ubosot (ordination hall) of Wat Traimit Wittayaram, the Ubosot of Wat Phra Sri Mahathat Bang Khen, and in the presence of the public and media at MCC Hall, The Mall Ngamwongwan. Thousands of people bore witness to this significant event. Key sacred materials were processed, including the finest, championship-grade first-edition Jatukham Ramathep amulets from 2530 B.E. (1987 A.D.) and a pair of gold Jatukham Ramathep amulets from the Monnaie de Paris, collectively valued at tens of millions. This auspicious combination imbues the amulets with potent energy from these sacred materials. Sacred materials were also gathered from various countries.
Ajarn Lak, the Royal Astrologer, personally collected sacred materials both domestically and internationally. These include sacred wood powders from nine types of trees, incense ash from city shrines across the country, sacred soil from the four holy Buddhist sites, and sacred materials received from esteemed monks such as Somdej Phra Buddhacharn (Giao Upathseno) and Phra Dhammaprawatnavikrom (Phra Khun Thongchai Wat Traimit), as well as contributions from devout followers. In total, over 3,000 types of sacred materials were amassed.

Ancient Thai soil powders that have undergone sacred rituals, and metal shavings from the refinement of sacred Buddha images. It also includes iron powder from Phetchabun's Nam Phi, volcanic soil from Borobudur, and black Ngio Dam wood, which gives the amulets their dark color.
These amulets are considered sacred objects imbued with a wealth of historical sacred materials. Possessing and venerating them is believed to invoke the protective energy of these sacred materials, while the blessings of the Somdej Saen Lan amulets are thought to bestow great wealth.
