● Upon check-in at the event, identification will be verified. If you do not bring your ID, or if it is found not to be yours or you are not single, you will be deemed to have forfeited your participation, and no refund will be issued. (Real-name verification)
● Prior to the event, men's work permits or proof of employment will be checked to confirm eligibility. (Real-name verification)
● You may use a nickname during the event to maintain privacy. (Anonymous participation)
● You can specify in the remarks section anyone you do not wish to meet (e.g., colleagues), and we will assist in avoiding them at the same event.

💖 Other Important Information
I. Cancellation Policy:
▼ Notifications made 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Notifications made 6 to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations made 3 days before the event or on the event day are not accepted, and no refund will be issued.
▼ If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.
▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for postponement or refund.
▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
II. Date or Other Event Changes:
▼ Changes to the date or other events can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). However, changes are limited to one instance.
▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or to another event, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
▼ Once a date or event has been changed, cancellations are not accepted.
▼ Changes to the date or other events are not accepted 3 days before the event or on the event day.
III. Electronic invoices will be sent to your email after the event. You will be notified separately if you win any prizes. If you require a three-part invoice, please indicate this in the remarks section during registration.
